• The ground system shall check data quality and maintain quality statistics flagging all parameters contained in bad frames and set static flags "stale" data.

• The ground system shall monitor telemetry parameters and compare extracted values with expected values generating event messages when actual value differs from expected values.

• The ground system shall collect dump images.

• The ground system shall provide on-line and off-line data storage for archiving telemetry data and provide a mechanism by which authorized users can retrieve stored data.
