SMOC Command Requirements

• The SMOC ground system shall issue CCSDS COP-1 commands generated locally and by instrument perform critical command checking, manage the forward link and perform command verification.

• The ground system shall provide a mechanism to maintain a data set of all commands issued to the spacecraft, the source, time and command verification status.

• The ground system shall provide a mechanism to uplink command tables, micro processor loads and maintain images for compare and load verification.
