SMOC Telemetry Requirements

• The ground system shall process the subset of CCSDS telemetry as defined in the Spacecraft to Ground ICD.

• Processing the data includes extracting source packets from telemetry frames and extracting data from the source packets.

• The ground shall calibrate and convert individual telemetry parameters based on the Project Data Base.

• The ground system shall support two sets of high/low limit checking on both analog and discrete telemetry parameters and check delta and rail limits.
