SMOC Database Requirements

• The SMOC shall provide a database facility for the definition and control of all system parameters, the command and telemetry database, the definition of pages and automated procedures.

• The SMOC shall provide the necessary software to define, modify and detect any errors in specification, syntax, or consistency in the telemetry and command database.

• The SMOC shall provide database reports and on-line database information.
