SI Housekeeping Telemetry

• CIDP extracts SI HKTEL from the revolution double buffer

• CIDP inserts SI HKTEL into HKTEL source packet and forwards to SCU

• Capability for action by CIDP based on HKTEL values

  • If required, SI must coordinate with CIDP team
  • Should be minimized due to latency of action (up to 120 seconds)
  • Autonomous SI activity is preferable

• HKTEL format to be defined by SI and provided to ground segment
