• CIDP to SI Commands and Loads

  • CIDP receives parsed commands from SCU
  • Each SI is assigned a unique 1553 subaddress
  • CIDP transfers 64 byte 1553 frame to SI without preprocessing
  • CIDP queues SI stored commands and sends at appropriate time tag

• SI to CIDP Service Requests

  • SI can request action from CIDP

• SI to CIDP HK Telemetry

  • SI can provide CIDP with housekeeping telemetry values
  • All HK Telemetry is uncompressed

• SI to CIDP Raw Data

  • CIDP buffers raw data
  • Compresses if necessary
  • Packetizes and forwards to SCU without further processing
