This series of six workbooks has been adopted in a number of school districts in Maryland, California and Illinois. POETRY has also participated in numerous conferences and workshops, presenting selected activities to teachers. For example, in April, 2000, we presented workshops at the National Science Teachers Association's national convention in Orlando, Florida and at the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics national convention in Chicago, Illinois.
